Description
The course focuses on Agency, Fiduciary Duties and Personality Types. When agents have a better understanding of their own personality type, that of the client/consumer, agents and other parties they will be working with they will be able to communicate more effectively. This interactive workshop will also help agents better understand when to use specific forms, the importance of following up on key tasks in the contract process and communicating with their client. By having a greater understanding of this information, licensed real estate agents will be able to provide a higher level of service to clients and customers.
