The 90 hour portion of this class will be taught Live Remote in a Virtual Online Classroom. There will be a 30 minute break for lunch.
The Exam will on April 14th and the Contract writing class will on April 16th. Both will be in person at the school location and will be during daytime hours. 90 Hour Principles of Real Estate Practice in Arizona.
This course will satisfy the entire requirement of 90 hours of instruction in required real estate subjects. This course will also help the student prepare to take the licensing examination. Topics covered: Arizona Real Estate Statutes, Commissioner Rules, Agency Relationships and Managerial Duties, Contracts and Contract Law, Property, Estate & Tenancies, Government Rights, Arizona Water Law, Land Descriptions, Environmental Law, Encumbrances, Acquisition and Transfer of Title, Escrow and Settlement, Fair Housing and ADA, Leases and Leasehold, Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Act, Property Management, Appraisal and more..
This class is taught remotely and you will need to meet the requirements set forth by the Arizona Department of Real Estate including having a working microphone and a camera. You will need to be on camera for the entire class, with the exception of breaks. Additionally you must have a strong, stable Internet connection.
- You must be in a stable location. You may not attend this class from a vehicle, plane or any public location or walking around.
- You may NOT use your PHONE to attend this class. You must be able to use Zoom or similar program on a computer or tablet that has a camera and microphone. You must be fully accustomed to using that device in such as manner.
- You must appear to be paying attention during class. Sitting at a desk and looking at the camera/screen is best, while lying back on a couch or chair makes it appear as if you are sleeping. If you are talking with another person in the room, or on the phone talking, you are not paying attention to the class, and therefore, you may not receive class credit
- We recommend signing on at least 15 minutes before class begins to be sure you are able to resolve any technical issues. Please make sure you are accustomed to using the chat box as this is the only way we will be able to communicate once class begins.
You will need to submit all your paperwork at least 10 days prior to class. Once paperwork is submitted you will be notified about picking up your text books. A link to access the online classroom course will be sent to you at least one prior to the start of the class.
