Description
This is a great way to start your day! This mat based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements develop core strength plus, increase flexibility while improving balance and posture.
All levels are welcome.
This class is located in the group fitness room.
All participants must bring their own mat; no mats will be available.
All participants must wear a mask during this class.
Punch card and unlimited pass holders will need to register in person at the community center to be added to the roster at no charge.
Minimum of 4 participants must be met by 48 hours prior to the class; if not met, class will be cancelled for that week.
