Shorin-Karate: Traditional Okinawan Karate

Beginning Students: We'll focus on discipline, elementary karate skills (blocks, kicks and stances), history, philosophy, flexibility, muscular and cardiovascular development and basic Japanese language. This gives the student a good foundation for advancement to a more complex and demanding training schedule.

Intermediate Students: This class begins the deeper study of kata (form), self-defense techniques and advanced kicking and punching.

Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays and are taught by internationally ranked 7th degree Okinawan black belt David Rogers of Shorin-Ryu Karate.

Your karate uniform (GI) is included with monthly registration and the payment of the annual registration of $50/family payable to instructor David Rogers.

Note: No classes on 12/26, 12/27 or 12/29.
