Please note this is a virtual activity that you can access from the comfort and safety of your own home. Participation in the class requires access to a computer, laptop or other device that provides access to Zoom. A link to the class meeting will be emailed to you by the instructor prior to the class.
This workshop will combine hypnosis, guided imagery, and other techniques to help you change your habits and stop smoking quickly. The first hour, you will learn about the psychology, emotional and physical aspects of cigarette smoking and how to use self-hypnosis to easily quit smoking forever. In the second hour, you will be able to relax in hypnosis and allow your subconscious mind to naturally make new habits and behaviors that you want for your life as a non-smoker. Upon completion of the class you will feel relaxed and refreshed and be a non-smoker.
