Cancellations for the Bluff Ballroom, Indian Point (2/3) Ballroom and the Sunset (1/3) Ballroom must be made in writing and received by the Reservations Manager or designee at least six months prior to the reservation date in order to receive a full refund of rental fees and deposit. If a cancellation is not received six months in advance, the following refund schedule will be adhered to:

Six month notice: full refund of rental fees and deposit

Four month notice: 60% refund of rental fees (deposit forfeited)

Two month notice: 30% refund of rental fees (deposit forfeited)

Less than two months: No refund

The small rooms require a two-week cancellation notice for refund.

No refunds will be given if a park rental is cancelled.

Pool Rental Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given if a party is canceled by the renter. In the case of inclement weather, the department will notify the renter and the party may be rescheduled depending upon availability. If the party cannot be rescheduled due to availability, a refund will be given.
