Personal Aides: If you are bringing your own assistant, we need to know their name to register them for the class (No Charge) and they will need to fill out a form.
Participant Expectations : Participants must be able to follow directions, stay with the group, and follow PP&R Code of Conduct and the Personal Care Policy.
Withdraw Policy: Activity withdrawals can be processed and refunded by the customer online if it is completed more than seven days before the start of the activity. With less than seven days, the customer will need to call or visit a recreation site or the Customer Service Center to process the withdrawal and refund. Pre-paid materials, supply fees, and admission tickets, may not be refunded if the activity withdrawal is less than seven days from the activity start date.
