Description

For students with who have completed the beginner level class or have some previous boxing training. Practice and fine-tune footwork skills, hand speed & body movements using equipment such as speed bags, heavy bags & jump ropes. Increase fitness, agility & self-defense skills. Our TeenForce non-contact boxing classes offer some basic self-defense skills but are primarily focused on helping you stay in shape!

A confirmation will be emailed once pass registration is complete.
