You can withdraw or transfer from some activities using your online account. Go to "My Account", then the "Transaction and Payment History" link.

Activity Withdrawal Requirements: Contact the program site or Customer Service Center at least seven (7) days before the start of your activity for a refund of the activity registration fee. If it is less than seven (7) days contact the program site directly. Prepaid materials and admission tickets cannot be refunded. Some programs may have different withdrawal/refund requirements. See your receipt for details.

Withdrawals and Refunds: If a customer needs to withdraw from a camp, a full refund will be issued if notice is given at least seven days prior to the camp start date. This amount would reflect any discounts that were applied.

No refund will be offered if notice is given less than seven days before the start of the camp. In situations involving life changing events, severe medical issues, or financial hardship, customers may contact customer service for the site/program providing the camp to request an exception.

Swim Lessons: Withdrawals, transfers or refunds for swim lessons may be processed up to the third (3rd) day of the class. After the third (3rd) day of class no refund will be given.

Participants needing to withdraw after the program has begun are offered a prorated credit or refund based upon when the request is made. No withdrawals or refunds can be processed after the last day of class.

Refunds: You may choose to leave your refund on your ActiveNet account for use toward other activities, reservations, products or passes. Please use your account credit(s) within 12 months.

Meaningful Access Statement:

The City of Portland reserves the right, and may give permission to the media, to photograph activities, programs, and participants at any of our facilities and properties or during any sponsored event. Please be aware that these photos are for promotional purposes and may be used in future publications and media communications in any format. By participating, you consent to the taking and publication of your photograph for these purposes. If you see staff with a camera, and you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know. We will honor your request. If you see a photo of yourself or a family member that causes you concern, please notify us. As a courtesy, we will make every reasonable effort to dispose of the image, and will not use it in future publications. However, we will not be able to retrieve, destroy or discontinue existing printed publications in which the photograph may have been included.

Merchant on credit card statement will appear as City of Portland Services or City of Port Serv Retail. NSF Fee for returned checks: $30.
