Description: Touché! Learn basic skills necessary to fence for fun, exercise and competition. Group and individual instruction includes practice bouts, techniques and the rules of contest while focusing on safety and the fundamentals of foil fencing. Improve hand and eye plus hand and foot coordination, balance and aerobic capacity.
