Description
Using hand-building and coil techniques, students will get a feel for making beautiful works of functional and sculptural ceramic art. Students will create their own designs as well as copy examples of historic pieces. This class will help develop your sculpting skills and empower you to a higher artistic ability. Tuition does not include clay material. You will need to purchase 25lbs of clay prior to the start of class. The most common clay used is called trinity white. Clay can be purchased at: Trinity Ceramic, Michaels, Amazon or Hobby Lobby. Please call Kenneth Bentley if you have any questions at 972-208-8327
