The holder(s) of this permit shall be held responsible for any damages incurred to the park property while using them. The holder(s) shall be responsible for cleaning up the park grounds that are affected by their event including trash picked up, which must be completed within the amount of permitted rental time. The park shelter shall be left in the same condition as when the permit holder arrived. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Plain Township Trustees and their agents and employees from all liability, claims, demands, or costs, for, or arising out of the use of the above listed facilities, whether it be caused by the negligence of indemnifier or the Plain Township Trustees or either parties, agents, employees or otherwise.

Events at the shelters that could exceed 100 people (Alpine Park shelters) or 120

people (Veterans Park shelter) in attendance are prohibited. These shelters are available from

8AM to dusk.

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all Plain Township park facilities. Solicitation is prohibited!
