NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment. A $10.00 service fee will be applied to all refunds and withdrawals with the exception of those requested due to program cancellation or medical/illness.

Refund requests for Learn To Swim classes must be made 7 days prior to the start of the session. A $10 processing fee applies per class. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the start of the session will be processed less 50% of the registration fees. Refunds are not available once the session begins. There are no make-ups or partial refunds for missed classes.

We reserve the right to move your child from the class you signed up to one that is more developmentally appropriate.

Aquatic class transfer requests must be submitted and processed at the Community Services Department located at Placentia City Hall (401 E. Chapman Avenue). Aquatic class transfers are NOT guaranteed and will only be accepted if space exists. Aquatics class transfers will not be accepted at the pool sites.

A $10 Administrative Fee applies for all transfers requested by participants.
