Description: Runners and walkers are encouraged to run, walk, use their treadmill, elliptical machine, and wheelchair to go 19K (11.8 miles). Participants can accomplish this distance in one try or several sessions until they hit their 19K goal. For those that feel comfortable leaving your home and to social distance outside, go this distance on our county trails. Or if you prefer, use the sidewalks in your neighborhood. For those of you unable to leave your home, you can still do this on your machines at home! Participants will have from August 1-19 to accomplish your goal.
