Belly Dance Basic Move students will learn proper belly dance posture while learning how to break down and do basic belly dance moves, utilizing muscle movement and isolations, in a fun supportive environment. These moves when drilled can be a great part of your regular fitness program and can help improve and maintain muscle strength. Class time includes a quick, cardio style warm up suitable for all fitness levels. Beginning belly dance is suitable for all body types and will help improve one's every-day posture, flexibility, balance and self-esteem. The moves you learn in the Basic Moves class are incorporated in a fun dance routine in the Belly Dancing 101 class. The Basic Moves and Belly Dancing 101 classes may be taken simultaneously
