TAAF (Competitive) Track & Field

The competitive track and field program is designed to help participants achieve a high level of skill and an appreciation for the discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork required in track and field.

Program Date: May 5th - July 31st

Ages:5–18-year-old

Practice Schedule: May 13th -June 1st

Location: LBJ Middle School (500 E. Sioux Pharr, TX 78577)

Ages: 5-18 years old

Monday-Thursday

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.

(Start of the summer) Morning Practice

June 9th - July 31st

Location: LBJ Middle School (500 E. Sioux Pharr, TX 78577)

Ages: 5-12 years old

Monday-Wednesday

8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Afternoon Practice

Kennedy Middle School (600 W. Hall Acres Rd. Pharr, TX 78577)

Monday-Wednesday

6:00pm-8:00 PM

Ages: 5-18 years old

Track Meets will be held on Thursdays & Fridays

*City of Pharr will only take Top 6 Qualifying Athletes for State Games*

A copy of the child's birth certificate is required for the Competitive Track & Field Program. Please provide a copy to the City of Pharr Parks & Recreation Office located at 1011 W Kelly Ave. Pharr, TX 78577
