Description:
Do you dream about playing football? Then come and participate in this non-contact league with emphasis on sportsmanship, teamwork, and participation. This is a great way to introduce your child to the sport of football in a fun recreational setting.
All participants will be enrolled to a waitlist in order to form teams with volunteer coaches. Volunteer coaches will receive one fee waiver as a benefit to coaching a team. Parents will be notified after the Coaches Meeting by their coach. Coaches will have practice dates and game schedule. Teams can expect one weekly practice of 1 hour, and one game on Saturdays.
DUE TO COVID-19 & STATE REGULATIONS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE GAMEPLAY.
PenMet will continue to follow our Safe Start Plan (http://bit.ly/PMP_SafeStart) for youth sports. Facial coverings are required for all coaches, volunteers, and athletes at all times. No spectators allowed except for one parent/guardian/caregiver for each minor-aged participant allowed. Spectators must always maintain a physical distance of at least six (6) feet between each person and wear facial coverings. No spectators allowed for participants 18 and older.
