EcoQuest is designed to teach young people the value of sustainability and caring for our Earth, while having tons of fun! PenMet Parks works in partnership with the Pierce County Public Works' team of Environmental Educators to provide quality curriculum and activities. Learn how the Earth filters water by experimenting with your own filter design or learn how salmon behave by becoming salmon in a tag game! We spend our mornings with hands-on lessons and our afternoons are a choice time: kayaking, upcycled art, and beach-combing!
