Description: Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art founded by Morihei Ueshiba. The art is based on the principles of balance and harmony. It is an effective non-aggressive style of self-defense, focusing on awareness and taking control of a situation instead of being controlled by it. Classes are taught by Tim Antrim, 5th degree black belt.
