Help your daughter feel secure in who she is and give her the tools to maneuver the teen years. Empower her to feel comfortable being herself, allowing her to tap into her own intuition and secure being the person she wants to be instead of the person she feels society wants her to be. Strengthen her self-confidence, her power, and her self-love while leaving the anxiety that teens often feel. This class is taught by Joy McGowan, a certified life and mindset coach at Joyful Health 365, who is also the mother of 5 daughters. Joy has hands on experience with the good, the bad and the ugly of the tween years.
