Description

Improve your shot! This clinic is designed to teach the mechanics of great shooting. Players will learn drills that they can continue to use at home to improve their shooting accuracy and velocity on their own. Patrick Chapla, Director of POWLAX and his coaches will teach the mechanics of shooting from the bottom up by utilizing specific drills that teach each skill independently. Our team of coaches is ready to help each player improve their shooting and inspire them to independently practice and progress all while having fun and working hard. Players will leave excited by the discovery of new skills and the refinement of old ones. Since there will be limited player-to-player contact, full gear is recommended but not required.

Level of Instruction: This will be an additional opportunity for players seeking a more advanced training environment and player development.

Skills/Fundamentals Learned: These coed sessions are designed to transform:
  • Finishing inside
  • Time and room shooting
  • Shooting on the run
