Description: 

A ballet class with the adult body in mind! Classical barre work and combinations are simple enough for the beginner and challenging enough for those returning to their past. Center and across the floor combinations are designed to help with balance, posture and strength. The goal is to leave class remembering why you love to dance.

Dancewear or athletic wear is acceptable. Ballet shoes are recommended.
