
Camp: Kid's Cooking

Description
Come hungry and make kid-friendly recipes while learning kitchen safety, nutrition, and cooking fundamentals with a fun activity folder. Students will learn and prepare healthy snacks, breakfast meals, ethnic cuisine, and no-bake meals, with different recipes for each day of camp. Students will be provided an apron and should wear closed-toe shoes and bring a water bottle to camp each day. Students with long hair should make sure to wear their hair pulled back. Please note that this camp is not gluten or dairy free.

Parker Arts is keeping camp registration open by lowering camp maximums to 9 or 12 depending on what is required by the contracted camp provider. Families are encouraged to join a wait list free of charge in the event we may be permitted to have more participants in a classroom. Any camp that already had over 9 enrollments will be closed until we have more guidance, but please make sure to join the waitlist.
Please complete the Camp Emergency Contact Form and submit to paceedu@parkeronline.org before the first day of camp.
Students should bring a water bottle each day of camp.
If your child is enrolled for both a morning camp (9:00am-12:00pm) and an afternoon camp (1:00pm-4:00pm) during the same week they are eligible to stay for Lunch Bunch (free supervised lunch hour from 12:00pm-1:00pm). Please call 303-805-3374 or email paceedu@parkeronline.org to reserve your child a spot in Lunch Bunch.
