Description
We are offering a second Cooking German class due to high demand! German cuisine is so much more than just sauerkraut and sausages. There is also Germany's version of pasta -- Spätzle. All sort of variations of the Wiener Schnitzel abound. Rouladens -- rolls of meat stuffed with delicious fillings are very popular. Desserts from Black Forest Cake to Lebkuchen tempt the taste buds. Join us in this hands-on class as we delve into the lesser-known world of German cuisine.
