Join this class for a great full body workout. Each week will include a different workout with moderate to advanced exercises. Strength and cardio exercises will be combined to emphasize functional fitness including power, strength, endurance, agility, mobility and speed. This class is for anybody who is up for a challenge in a supportive setting. No Class July 4.
