Swim Lessons - Level 3 Wed. 6pm

Swimmers will learn the basics of general and personal safety including water entry and exit, breath control, underwater swimming, and the principles of buoyancy. As the class progresses, swimmers improve these skills, as well as also learn how to tread water and maintain the proper body mechanics to swim on their front and back.

Children 3 and older need to be accompanied by the same sex parent/guardian in order to go into the appropriate locker room.
