Viticulture & Regional Terroir in the Central Coast
The Central Coast of California are home to one of the world?s premier viticultural regions with incredible history and an exciting future. This learning journey will bring us to Equinox located on the west side of Santa Cruz to learn firsthand from winemaker Barry Jackson and crew on the ups, downs, ins, and outs of producing and bottling sparkling regional wines with a small lot emphasis. Participants will learn details on sourcing, producing, and aging wine while cultivating community around this ancient pressed and fermented juice. Dinner fare is included!
