Beginner/Advanced Beginner Dog Obedience

This class is designed for dogs at all levels of training, no prior training required. Fun activities and reward-based training will be used to develop focus and help you and your dog learn how to be a team. Basics such as "sit", "down", and "come" will be taught along with fun tricks and games to keep your dog interested and encouraged. Handlers should have dogs on a six-foot leash and a second 20-foot leash is recommended for practicing recalls, no e-collars. Retractable leashes are not permitted. All handlers need to bring dog treats, water and are encouraged to wear proper footwear. Please no flip flops or sandals. Dogs need to be current on vaccines; please bring proof of vaccines to first class. Classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
