Come back to Exercise – Outdoors! A six person to one instructor ratio with social distancing observed. Organized strength exercises using sanitized resistance bands and other non-traditional training equipment will be executed to help build strength and help slow muscle wasting. We will enjoy a walking warm up and then build on exercised that will increase performance for endurance, breathing and heart rate. We have exclusive use of the Canadian “FitLight” Program, to improve your reaction times, and peripheral vision. Balance exercises and leg strengthening to help with stability. Flexibility and core exercises to stretch your muscles and help your body to stay limber. Masks will be required for check in and temperature checks with a brief verbal health screening, will be conducted.
