Description
Lean about baking delicious cakes, frosting and fillings, then assemble and decorate a final cake! You will learn baking and decorating best practices and new techniques in a friendly and supportive setting. Students will learn to make items like honeycomb, candied mint, jams, curds and more.
Instructor Sofia Poe has been a pastry chef in multiple places on the island and has been creating custom cakes with whimsical flavors and colorful, natural decorations.
The class will be in the Culinary Arts Room at Orcas Elementary on Friday-Sunday, July 18-20th, 1-4pm
