Description
Competence in front crawl and elementary back-stroke is assumed. Students learn basics of breast-stroke and sidestroke and refine skills in front crawl and elementary backstroke.
REQUIREMENTS: Bring a Swimsuit, towel, goggles and swim Cap.
Must take Advanced Beginner Swim before advancing to this course.
