Learn easy to follow Salsa steps, timing, body movements in solo and partner dancing. This open level dance workout class combines footwork, turn combo, body isolation to build, burn and tone the whole body. Wear sneakers and be ready to sweat. (DO NOT wear heels or boots). No partner needed. No dance experience needed. Learn basic steps in one class or master fundamentals to start social dancing in 5 weeks.
