Advanced Swim Lessons

These lessons are designed for swimmers who are already comfortable in the water and ready to take their skills to the next level. Instructors focus on refining stroke technique, building endurance and introducing more advanced skills like flip turns, diving starts and treading water for extended periods. Swimmers will work on strokes, while continuing to practice water safety and efficiency; perfect for kids interested in joining a swim team or looking to strengthen their competitive swimming skills.
