NOVA Parks shelters are intended for use for a simple picnic consisting of food, beverage, guests and no more than one inflatable amusement device. Amusement devices are allowed only in shelters equipped with electricity and must be provided by a vendor from our approved vendor list. A Special Use permit must be submitted for any activity or event which is outside the scope of a simple picnic as stated above.
