Reduce anxiety and inflammation, regulate stress, alleviate chronic pain and lower blood pressure. Improve flexibility and balance too! Offered by Stephany Padilla 200RYT. “I would love to show you yoga is for everyone and all it takes is a willing heart to show up for yourself. I invite you to experience a yoga flow where I will be explaining the benefits of each pose and the basic of breathing. No experience or flexibility required”. Bring your own mat, props and water/towel.
