Combo Pool Party, Fri., 4/4/25, 28 Participants

Combo Pool Party consists of partial open swim and private swim time for 28 total participants (includes swimmers, nonswimmers, and hosts). Pool use will be shared use with the public for the first two hours and exclusive use the last hour. A party room will be available all three hours of the party. Hosts may arrive 15 minutes before party time to set up party room (decorations are allowed, no confetti please). Outside food and drinks are welcomed (no alcohol or glass permitted). Party rooms consist of four tables, 28 chairs, two refrigerators/freezers, and tvs. Maximum occupancy in the party rooms is 28 people at one time (self-monitored). Overflow of guests onto to deck is permitted. Lifeguards are provided.

Due to limited capacity, extra guests (swimmers and non swimmers) cannot fit in the room. Additional guests may be added at $5/participant and may be paid at Guest Services on the day of your party. Total maximum participants allowed with additional paid guests is 40.

To help ensure safety of all of our guests, we are requiring party guests that are age 6 and under to wear a wristband for the entirety of the party. For each child age 6 and under, one supervising adult (age 18+) is permitted to attend the party FOR FREE. They are required to be in the water within an arm’s reach of their child at all times. If an additional adult plans to assist and are not part of the original party guest count, they are required to pay $5 for admittance into the facility (whether they are swimming or not). Refund Policy: Cancellation 1 month or more before party date = 100%; cancellation 2 weeks or more before party date = 80%; cancellation 3 days or more before party date = 50%; cancellation less than 3 days before party date = no refund.
