Research suggests that exercise can help delay and improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and enhance quality of life for individuals with Parkinson's. This class uses a multi-disciplinary approach to address most of the symptoms of Parkinson's, from posture and movement to voice and facial expression, in a supportive, non-threatening environment. Taught by certified professional, Bree Moore who has extensive knowledge and exercise training specific to Parkinson's disease, this program uses a variety of activities such as Tai Chi, Pilates, strength training, stretching and functional movement to improve muscle strength, agility, flexibility and balance.
