Rockwood Kids and Family Yoga

Rockwood Park and Museum is hosting yoga sessions for children and families with the popular instructor, Maryann Quinn. These monthly, themed and super-fun yoga practices will encourage kids to be more present, centered and active. Kids can practice solo or the entire family can practice together. This practice will move outside starting in April. Please bring a towel, mat, water and blocks if you use them. All Ages, children must be accompanied by an adult.
