Saturday, January 15 - Snow Play Yoga
Rockwood Park and Museum is beginning yoga sessions for children and families with the popular instructor Maryann Quinn. These monthly, themed and super-fun yoga practices will encourage kids to be more present, centered and active. Kids can practice with a guardian present or the entire family can practice together. Locations within Rockwood structures may vary. Please bring a mat, towel, water and blocks if you use them. All ages, children must be accompanied by an adult. Masks required. Max attendance - 20.
Fee: $10 Non-Resident' $6 NCC Resident (Per Family)
