Biography:After practicing yoga for many years, I felt compelled to share yoga with others through teaching. I completed my certified yoga training in early 2020. I am also an avid tennis player and can appreciate the need to maintain flexibility as we age. The importance of linking breath to movement, and developing stability and balance is integral to our optimal health. I enjoy these aspects of yoga and incorporate them into all my classes.
