Join us for a nurturing and grounding yoga flow designed to promote healing and balance in both body and mind. This class is open to all ability levels, offering gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness practices to support your personal journey toward inner peace and physical well-being.

We will focus on restoring harmony in the body, soothing the nervous system, and fostering a deep connection between mind, body and breath. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will provide a safe and supportive space for all.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. If available to you, feel free to bring blocks and a strap for added support during certain poses.
