Heritage Oaks Simulator League

Join us this off-season at Heritage Oaks Golf Club to play golf on the best courses from all around the world in our brand-new state-of-the-art simulator room. Keep your game sharp and your swing smooth this off-season while competing in our indoor virtual golf league with friends and colleagues. Our Full Swing Simulators features world-class courses including Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, The Links at Spanish Bay, PGA National, Muirfield Village, Quivira Golf Club, Torrey Pines, nine TPC Courses and three legendary tracks at St. Andrews Links.

A different virtual golf course will be assigned each week and all teams will play the same course conditions. Course yardages will be designated for men, women, and senior players. Each 2-player team will post a weekly gross score.

12 Week Season – 32 Team Limit

Pre-Season – Begins November 1

Each Player will be required to play 2-nine-hole rounds to establish a handicap prior to the commencement of the regular season. (Simulator Rental - $50 per team, per 9 hole qualifying round, not included in price below)

Regular Season: 7 Weeks of 9-Hole Matches – Begins December 6- February 27

(No League Play week of Thanksgiving and Dec 20-Jan 2)

Divisions will be established based on handicap and overall league size.

For a league round to be official it will require two teams playing at the same time.

Playoffs and Post Season 9-Hole Matches with a Season Ending 18-Hole Championship Match

Dates to be announced starting March 2022

First half season winner, and second half season winner will automatically get into the playoffs. Teams will be awarded points throughout the season with a chance to earn a bracket spot for 3rd -8th place.

Post Season anticipated to be 2-3 weeks depending on league size. All players will utilize their rolling handicap from the pre-season and regular season.

League Fees

The registration fee to participate in the league is $50 per person or $100 per team. League registration fees will go towards weekly payouts, prizes, and Heritage Oaks credit.

Regular Season and Playoff Fees: $250 Per Player or $500 a team.

Tee Times

Weekly Tee Times throughout the season will be assigned to each team. Each team will be required to submit their top 3 preferred time slots. (Teams can also request to play with other teams at the same time)

Tee Times available M-Th 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm

Pace of Play 1.5hrs

Rules and Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Clubs and shoes must be cleaned before playing on the simulator. (balls will be provided)

No mulligans will be given unless there is a system error.

Ties will be broken using a scorecard playoff starting on the last hole and going backwards.
