Name & Address
Your account is for your immediate family members residing at the same address. A family account may have a maximum of 2 members ages 24 and older and any dependent children under the age of 24.
The minimum age to open an account is 18.
Please note that in order to create an account for a child you must create an account for an adult first. Additional family members can be added to your account during registration.
Individuals who provide false information for program registration, memberships, or admittance to District facilities will be removed from the program or facility without a refund.
Individuals may be required to provide documentation to the Park District to confirm account information.
In order for us to identify your address please use these exact abbreviations: St, Ave, Dr, Cr, Rd, Ln or Ct. If you have an apartment or unit number please enter in the second line of your address information.
