Description: Field Hockey is a fast growing sport - be ready! Coaches break down the rules of the game, teach how to handle the stick, dribble the ball, shoot on goal and pass and receive a ball. Practices are held outdoors; dress appropriately. Youth Fall League play is available. To register visit risefieldhockey.com. You can borrow a stick for the season; however, you must supply your own shin guards (preferably field hockey, but soccer shin guards suffice) and mouth guards (more than one).
