SUP Flow Paddle (Ages 16+)

This class is for the yogi who wants to challenge balance, core and flow their practice. We will learn basic paddle skills and yoga poses that can challenge you as you go with the flow. PDF will be provided and will be required to wear. All participants should be comfortable in the water and know how to swim.
