Pop Up Parks

Summer is right around the corner! If you hear music, laughter, and see young people hanging around with smiles on their faces, a POP-UP PARK may have arrived in your neighborhood.

Youth of all ages are encouraged, invited, and welcome to join in the fun of activities or just hang out with friends at POP-UP PARKS throughout the City!

Beginning in June, POP-UP PARKS will pop-up in designated neighborhoods five days a week, typically from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The POP-UP PARK will be out in neighborhoods for ten weeks of summer.

Music, sports, games, crafts and excitement fill the tent offering teens safe and engaging activities during long summer days. Fun, caring, energetic, and positive adult staff make sure youth are welcomed and connected to all that is available for them in their neighborhood and at nearby recreation centers.
