Description The Parks & Community Services Department offers a variety of programs and activities for the youth of Moreno Valley. Unfortunately, there are underprivileged children who cannot participate in these exciting, motivating and skill-developing programs. With community member and business donations, the City of Moreno Valley Parks & Community Services Department will be able to provide scholarships that enable these children to participate in community activities such as sports, recreational classes, and programs. The number of scholarships will be based on the amount of donations received. Scholarships will be provided through an application process to ensure the most deserving recipients are given the opportunity to take part. Thank you for giving.
