If ANY of the following components apply to your event, please fill out the Special Event Application and submit it to the Moses Lake Parks and Recreation Department at 411 S. Balsam Street with the required documentation.
- Event is a private event but anticipated to have 75 or more attendees/participants.
- Event is an event open to the public (regardless of the number of attendees/participants).
- Alcohol will be served and/or consumed at event. (NOTE: Alcohol is not allowed at Montlake Park. If you want alcohol at any other park, you must complete an Application for Alcohol in the Park.)
- Food will be served to the public.
- Event will involve street closures.
- Vendors will be selling items at event.
