Okinawan Karate

Uechi-Ryu Karate-Do is a traditional system with strong Chinese roots. This class emphasizes flexibility, body mechanics and self-defense techniques. The instructor is a Seventh-Degree Black Belt with 30 years of experience and is a West Coast Representative of Okinawa Karate-Do Kyokai.
