Description: Facility Rental Information The multipurpose room at the North Creek Community Center is available for rent and is the perfect space for celebrations, special events, or meetings with attendance of up to 125 people. Eligibility: • Applicant must be a Montgomery Village resident, at least 21 years of age • Proof of identification required upon arrival • Applicant must be current on all assessments • Applicant must remain present for the entire rental period and is responsible for attendee conduct Rental Times: • Rentals may be requested in 15-minute increments between 8 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. • Setup and cleanup times must be included in the requested rental time • Minimum rental: o 2 hours during standard operating hours o 4 hours during prime operating hours Cleaning Requirements: • Applicant is responsible for cleaning the facility after use • Facility must be left in the same condition as...Read Morewcag_hidden_text
